Regular training of our team. It is not an open training. We presume that the dragons who will sit in the boat on monday did already take at least one trainink on Thursday. And so they are aquainted with the paddling technique and basic terminology used in dragon boat.
This training is part of a long term training plan and therefore participation on this training underlies to all rules for professional training. These rules can be found in the "Trainers desk" section of our web (just for subsribed members of the team).
